Welcome to Ecological Identities. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, services, courses, and coaching sessions. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. By purchasing or booking any service, you confirm that you are 18 years or older or have parental/guardian consent. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. General Information

Ecological Identities is a project operated by a self-employed individual based in the Czech Republic and is not registered as a business entity.
The services offered are primarily targeted at a global audience, with a focus on individuals within the EU.
All transactions are processed in USD.
Communication with Ecological Identities is conducted in English. With possibility of communication in German and Czech.

2. GDPR Compliance and Privacy

All personal data collected will be processed in accordance with GDPR requirements.
Data collected is stored within the Czech Republic. However, third-party tools like Wix Analytics and potentially Google Analytics may store data in different jurisdictions. Users are encouraged to review their respective privacy policies.
Ecological Identities will notify users of any material changes to the Privacy Policy.

3. Courses and Coaching Sessions

Course Policies:

Enrollments for courses open approximately two to three weeks before the start date, as communicated on social media and the website.
Course materials are typically delivered via email around 9 PM Central European Time (CET). The delivering email address is Denisa@ecologicalidentities.com. Please ensure this email address is whitelisted.
Courses are delivered via email to the address provided during checkout.
Ensure that the email address you provide is accurate and functional.
Future availability of downloadable course materials on the website will be announced.
Courses are self-paced and non-refundable.

Coaching Policies:

Appointments can be booked up to 28 days in advance and no later than 24 hours before the session.
Coaching sessions are conducted virtually.
Customers can reschedule coaching sessions, including within 24 hours before the session, for emergencies such as illness or bereavement.
Refunds for coaching sessions are available for up to 50% of the session cost after a case-by-case review by Ecological Identities. Dissatisfaction claims must be submitted via email with your order details.
If a customer misses a session without prior rescheduling, it will be considered attended and will not be refunded.
A package of 5 coaching sessions is a pricing plan valid for 3 months. During this period, customers must book their sessions via the company’s email. If necessary, the plan can be extended beyond the 3 months upon agreement.
Customers are not allowed to record coaching sessions (audio or video) without prior approval from Ecological Identities. Sharing recordings also requires explicit consent. Ecological Identities will not record sessions without the customer’s consent.
Aggressive or insulting behavior during coaching sessions will result in the session ending prematurely without a refund.
Ecological Identities reserves the right to cancel bookings or decline payments if there is a justified reason, including inappropriate behavior. In such cases, a full refund of remaining sessions will be issued if payment was already made.

4. Community Participation

Our website offers access to a community space where members can connect, share insights, and support one another. By participating in the community, you agree to abide by our Community Guidelines, which are designed to create a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all participants.

Key Points:

Respect and Behavior: Members must treat others with kindness and respect and refrain from discriminatory language or behavior.
Content and Privacy: Personal and sensitive information shared in the group must remain confidential.
Intellectual Property: Sharing or reproducing proprietary course content within or outside the group is prohibited.
Promotions: Promotions are allowed once per member, as outlined in the guidelines.

Additional Note: By default, your profile will be set to public when you sign up for the community. This means that your name, profile photo, and any content you share within the community may be visible to other members. Please adjust your privacy settings after signing up if you prefer to limit your profile’s visibility.

Violations of the Community Guidelines may result in warnings, restricted access, or permanent removal from the community, at our discretion.

5. Customer Conduct

Customers are expected to behave respectfully and refrain from aggressive or insulting behavior during coaching sessions and interactions.
Ecological Identities reserves the right to terminate any session immediately if the customer’s behavior is deemed inappropriate or harmful.

5. Confidentiality

Ecological Identities will maintain strict confidentiality regarding what customers share during coaching sessions, group discussions, or via email.
Customers must also maintain confidentiality about any personal information shared by Ecological Identities in coaching sessions, courses, or via email.
Participants agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding course materials, coaching content, and any personal information shared by others in group settings.
Ecological Identities will keep participants' personal information confidential unless explicit consent is provided.
Group settings, including future private member groups, are safe spaces where participants can share openly. All shared information is to remain within the group.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials provided by Ecological Identities, including courses and coaching content, are the intellectual property of Ecological Identities and are protected under intellectual property laws.
No part of the materials may be reproduced, shared, distributed, or transmitted without prior written permission. For permissions, contact Denisa@ecologicalidentities.com.

7. Disclaimers and No Guarantees

Ecological Identities does not guarantee specific outcomes or results from its courses or coaching services.
Ecological Identities is not responsible for any decisions made based on participation in courses or coaching sessions.
The services provided are for educational purposes only and do not replace professional advice, including medical, psychological, or legal consultation.
Participants agree to take full responsibility for their own results.
Ecological Identities is not responsible for technical issues on the user’s end, such as email access problems.

8. Dispute Resolution

If a resolution cannot be reached, Ecological Identities will seek mediation with a neutral third party. Mediation decisions are not binding.
All disputes will be governed by Czech law.

Ecological Identities values constructive communication. If you have a complaint or dispute:

- We will acknowledge your email within 24 hours and propose a resolution within 7 business days.
- If the matter cannot be resolved, a refund or alternative solution may be offered, depending on the circumstances.
As a sole proprietor, disputes will be handled directly by the owner.

9. Communication

Ecological Identities operates Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM CET, excluding Czech bank holidays.

Communication is conducted exclusively via email: Denisa@ecologicalidentities.com. Messages sent through social media or other platforms will not be answered.

10. Liability Waiver

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ecological Identities is not liable for indirect, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services.
Users agree to hold Ecological Identities harmless from any claims or damages resulting from participation in courses or coaching.

11. Non-Disparagement

Both parties agree not to engage in any actions or statements that could damage the other’s reputation or goodwill.

12. Updates to Terms and Conditions

Ecological Identities reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email and blog posts. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Promotional Communication

By using our services, you agree to receive occasional promotional materials. You may opt out at any time by contacting Denisa@ecologicalidentities.com.

14. Business Services

Businesses interested in our services should contact Ecological Identities via email for tailored offers.
Invoices for business transactions can be arranged, and necessary adjustments will be made in our accounting systems.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect to the extent permitted by law.

16. Acceptance of Terms

By using our services and our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.
