I felt lost even though I was doing everything right šŸ˜®ā€šŸ’Ø

And then, you know, as I was finally writing my master’s thesis, I had a topic, a method, and material about the biographies of young

educated women engaged in sustainability.

Imagine the amount of literature I wanted to read, the material I wanted to analyze… I felt lost—where should I start? What’s linked to what? How can I make it understandable for the reader and still get a good grade?

And the spaghetti of thoughts just kept getting bigger and bigger, instead of having nice pieces of pasta laid out neatly next to each other.

I felt like I couldn’t move in any direction—it just kept getting worse. I was sooo overwhelmed and inexperienced with prioritization.

It was really an overwhelming time in my life.

When did you feel lost? And how did you find your way out?
